Job description

Responsibilities

• Work alongside our team of Interior designers to conceptualize and design development on varying project types - Hospitality, Residential, Casino

• Prepare space planning and full detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Sketchup

• Ensure to complete assignment within time stipulated

• Guide and review the work of drafters and junior designers, ensuring design intent is carried through all stages

• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure design quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery

• Conduct site visits and inspections, resolving design-related issues to maintain excellence throughout execution

• Project research, conceptualize interior spaces across a broad spectrum of F&B, Retail, Hospitality, Office design

• Strong space planning skills and good understanding of detailing

• Ability to be a team player yet think and take decisions independently

• Develop, coordinate and implement the interior design of projects from concept design, to documentation of tender drawings, to construction

Job Requirements

• Creative, flexible and innovative

• 5 years minimum experience preferably in hospitality/residential design

• Understand scheduling and project admin

• Graduate Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
