Responsibilities

• Specify requirements and features for semiconductor equipment.
• Conceptualize and establish the architecture of innovative equipment.
• Engineer mechanical systems, incorporating the selection and utilization of motors, actuators, gear drives, pumps, and valves.
• Generate intricate engineering drawings.
• Conduct design verification and validation testing to guarantee adherence to specifications, safety regulations, and product requisites.
• Enhance the design of existing machines.
• Utilize analysis tools such as Fish Bone Diagram, FMEA, etc. to optimize processes.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment design
• Expertise in designing automation and high precision machinery, including High-Speed Pick and Place mechanisms
• Proficient in 3D CAD software and equipment troubleshooting
• Capable of producing detailed mechanical drawings and applying knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
