Job summary

Rotary Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee multi-disciplinary construction activities within EPCM/EPCC projects and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

You will plan, direct, and coordinate execution, act as the construction representative to clients, manage risks, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of construction experience in EPCM/EPCC.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated leadership to manage large or multiple construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for all construction activities with respect to performance, procedure, and recommendations for improvements.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities.
• Be a Construction representative to client.
• Oversee scheduling, organization, and implementation of projects.
• Plan, lead and manage interdisciplinary work sequence and priority.
• Monitor and control project productivity to meet schedule and budget.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for changes in scope.
• Manage contractors focusing on safety, quality, and compliance with drawings, codes, and standards.
• Interface with Engineering supporting construction activities.
• Prepare periodic management reports.
