Our client is a global design-led furniture brand that’s transforming how people shop for modern living. With a strong design ethos, a growing global footprint, and a direct-to-consumer model, they deliver stylish, high-quality pieces at accessible prices. Due to continued growth, we are partnering with them to hire a Senior Demand Planner.

Your key responsibilities

• Own monthly SKU-level demand forecasts for current assortments and upcoming launches.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align forecasts with promotions and campaign plans.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of assortment performance, identifying opportunities to drive sales and improve profitability.
• Work with Supply Chain teams to improve forecast accuracy and inventory flow.
• Partner cross-functionally to enhance supply chain efficiency, product assortment, and planning processes.
• Support quarterly product development planning and lead bottom-up forecasting aligned with strategic goals.

Here's what you will bring to the table

• Ideally 5+ years of regional demand planning experience in the Retail or FMCG industry; furniture industry experience is nice to have.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven project management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Solid understanding of retail sales and inventory metrics.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing principles, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Confident in making data-driven decisions to support business goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
