Senior Debt Syndication & Credit Analyst

You will be joining as a Senior Debt Syndication & Credit Analyst based in Mumbai. Your key responsibilities will include preparing Financial Projections, Company Presentations, Bank proposals, and coordinating with banks. You should have prior experience in handling syndication and sanctioning of loans exceeding INR 15 crores for corporates, NBFCs, and Real estate sectors. Additionally, experience in managing stressed assets transactions, One-time settlements (OTS), Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) cases, or working under an Insolvency Practitioner (IP) will be considered. Ideal candidates will have worked in the finance department of companies with borrowings exceeding Rs. 300 crores.

You must possess excellent expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. Key skills required include the preparation of Financial Projections, Corporate Presentations, proposal notes, and coordination with lenders. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in the Investment Banking industry. The job location is BKC, Mumbai, with 6 working days per week (2nd and 4th Saturday off, and 1st and 3rd Saturdays as work from home). You will report to the VP/Business Development Head and should hold a qualification of CA, MBA, or CFA.

The notice period for this role is immediate to 30 days, and the company is not considering relocation candidates at this time.
