Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong Data Engineering background to lead and oversee complex programs in Singapore. The role requires strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in program management, with extensive experience in data architecture, ETL, and data warehousing, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in program management with a data engineering focus.
Experience leading large-scale, complex programs in fast-paced environments.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of multiple programs aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering to define scope and deliverables.
Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor program performance and adjust plans to ensure on-time delivery.
Facilitate stakeholder updates and address issues proactively.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect delivery timelines.
Mentor junior project managers and drive continuous improvement.
