Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Data Scientist to join an industry leading Data team. In this hands-on role, you will design, build, and deploy machine learning models that drive strategic decision-making across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions to translate complex data challenges into scalable solutions and play a key role in shaping the firm's data science capabilities.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Data Scientist, your primary focus will be developing robust, production-level code and delivering end-to-end data science solutions. You will partner with engineering and product teams to build data pipelines, apply advanced statistical methods, and deploy predictive models. You'll also contribute to research and experimentation initiatives, applying scientific rigor to business problems while ensuring high standards of model performance and interpretability.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in data science or applied machine learning, with strong expertise in coding (Python preferred). A Master's degree in a quantitative field is required, and a PhD or research background is highly advantageous. You should have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and large-scale data processing. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms, MLOps tools, and deploying models into production is a plus.
