Job summary

Almr Business Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to develop machine learning models and analytics solutions for credit risk assessment, fraud detection, and data-driven decision making within the financial services sector.

You will build predictive models, analyze complex datasets, and manage end-to-end model governance, deployment, and monitoring. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and leading data science initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science or ML, preferably fintech/financial services.
• Proven experience deploying ML models in production.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modelling and ML techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise predictive models for credit risk, fraud detection, and customer segmentation.
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends and improve model performance.
• Manage model documentation, validation, governance, and approval processes.
• Build and maintain model deployment pipelines and monitoring frameworks.
• Lead data science initiatives and mentor junior team members.
