Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Data Scientist for a 12-month fixed-term contract starting 1 Sept 2026. You will design and build data pipelines, develop production-ready data/ML models, and collaborate with engineers to enable analytics across the platform.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in data science, experience deploying models at scale, and familiarity with Databricks on AWS, MQTT/AMQP/OPC-UA data ingestion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science.
• Proven experience deploying data models and ML models in production at scale.
• Ability to work collaboratively with data engineers on pipelines, backend services and analytics layers.
• Experience with modern data platform tooling such as Databricks on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Work with data team to design and build data pipelines powering ingestion, processing, and access.
• Develop and maintain data models and ML models that are production-ready and aligned with platform use cases.
• Assess data to form hypotheses for data science and ML use cases and inform architecture.
• Support hypothesis testing for candidate use cases to identify viable projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to transfer data science and ML capabilities.
• Produce documentation detailing model development decisions and pipeline designs.
