We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop and deploy advanced machine learning solutions for a global financial institution. In this hands-on role, you will own the full data science lifecycle-from framing problems and building models to deploying production-ready solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will work closely with a diverse set of stakeholders-including quantitative researchers, trading desks, and technology teams-to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and a product mindset to ensure solutions are both technically robust and operationally relevant.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Data Scientist, your primary responsibilities will include developing and deploying machine learning models that solve high-impact business problems. You will take ownership of the full model lifecycle: from data acquisition and preprocessing to model development, deployment, and monitoring in production. You will collaborate with business and IT to ensure alignment between model capabilities and real-world business needs. You will also explore opportunities to integrate generative AI techniques where they can add value to internal processes and decision-making.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience delivering end-to-end data science or machine learning solutions, ideally within financial services or similarly complex environments. You should be proficient in Python and ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, with hands-on experience transforming raw datasets for training and inference. Familiarity with AWS and MLOps workflows is essential. Exposure to generative AI tools and techniques (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) is a strong advantage. You must be comfortable engaging with business teams, translating their needs into scalable data science solutions. A strong product mindset, excellent communication skills, and a track record of business impact are key to success in this role.
