You will lead cross-functional efforts, deploy production-ready models, and work directly with customers on-site to embed AI into tools used in engineering and manufacturing. The role requires expert Python, deep learning experience, and a strong background in probabilistic methods, with leadership responsibilities and travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong foundations in data-driven modelling and deep learning.
• Experience embedding AI models into customer tools and workflows.
• Industry experience in commercial environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preprocessing and analysis of complex data for predictive modelling.
• Architect and develop deep learning models with optimisation methods.
• Ensure quality and impact of work and team output.
• Design, build, and test scalable data pipelines for production use.
• Collaborate with simulation engineers for seamless model integration.
• Drive internal R&D and product development for new applications.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
