Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a data-driven senior data scientist to lead end‑to‑end analytics initiatives and drive production‑level ML deployments. You will frame problems, optimize algorithms, and build scalable data pipelines while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate complex insights into strategic actions.

You will mentor junior engineers, review code, and leverage cloud platforms such as GCP to deploy analytical solutions across large-scale global operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field or a bachelor's with 2+ years of experience.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end data science solutions in a commercial setting.
• Proficient in Python and standard ML libraries.
• Hands-on experience building scalable apps on cloud platforms such as GCP.
• Deep knowledge in statistics, modeling, and data wrangling.
