Job summary

You will coordinate data engineers, analysts, DBAs, QA, and data scientists, driving Agile/Scrum or Kanban processes and aligning delivery with business needs. Responsibilities include governance, quality oversight, budget tracking, and stakeholder reporting, with a focus on data pipelines, metadata, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data projects end‑to‑end in Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for data teams.
• Solid understanding of data governance, quality, and privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Plan objectives, scope, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including data engineers, analysts, DBAs, QA, and data scientists.
• Lead sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives to drive delivery.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests with transparent reporting.
• Track budgets, vendor relations, and resource utilization for the initiative.
• Oversee testing plans, UAT, and validation of data pipelines.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and status reporting.
• Coordinate deployment, rollout, and change management activities.
• Conduct post‑mortems to capture lessons and measure outcomes.
