Job summary

ASA CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to analyze and optimize business processes, design digital solutions, and manage requirements across projects.

You will craft detailed documentation, build dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data-driven insights and successful outcomes. The role requires 3+ years in business analysis, proficiency with BPM tools, SQL and Python, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis and related areas.
• Proficiency in business process modelling tools (Visio, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Attention to detail in analysis and documentation.
• Exposure to CRM, or regulatory systems in relevant sectors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, test new processes and suggest improvements.
• Develop and maintain process workflows, maps, and project artefacts.
• Assist in managing projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement digital solutions and support change management.
• Write clear business requirements and documentation; create reports and dashboards.
• Support data ecosystem including databases, data integrations, and automations for reliable reporting.
• Conduct system validation, UAT, and monitor system performance.
