Job summary

Coins.ph is seeking a senior data leader to drive data-driven strategy across the cross-border payments lifecycle. You will oversee the planning and construction of data warehouse, data middle platform, and BI visualization platforms while leading the BI and Data Engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in data analytics, strong business acumen, and proven experience managing data platforms and cross-functional collaboration in fintech.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis and data management, preferably in fintech or cross-border payments.
• Strong commercial data thinking and ability to translate data insights into business action.
• Experience leading data platforms, data warehouses, and governance with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven strategy across cross-border payment lifecycle analytics, risk, and revenue optimization.
• Oversee planning and build-out of data warehouse, data middle platform, and BI visualization systems.
• Manage BI and Data Engineering teams; establish workflows, decompose objectives, and drive delivery of data projects.
