If you are an experienced data entry specialist who understands web scraping, structured data collection, and efficient data management, we want to hear from you.Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Specialist who can efficiently handle image and structured data processing. This role involves working with scraped data, preparing datasets, managing bulk uploads, and ensuring accuracy in data entry processes.Key Responsibilities Handling Image & Data Entry Tasks Capture and process screenshots as per structured guidelines. Upload images and scraped data to cloud platforms, ensuring proper organization. Extract and enter data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or other systems. Data Collection & Preparation Work with scrapers and automation tools to collect structured data from web sources. Organize, clean, and structure large datasets for efficient processing. Ensure all data follows predefined naming conventions, formats, and accuracy standards. Technical Data Management Upload large datasets efficiently, ensuring data integrity. Work with Google Sheets, Excel, and cloud storage for data management. Generate and manage image URLs for processing and documentation. Collaboration & Quality Control Communicate with internal teams to refine data processing workflows. Identify and resolve inconsistencies in data or image uploads. Optimize data-handling workflows for improved efficiency.What Were Looking ForMust-Have Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in data entry, web scraping, or structured data management. Hands-on experience with web scrapers (e.g., TexAu, PhantomBuster, or custom scrapers). Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and cloud storage platforms. Fluency in English (written & spoken) ability to handle documentation and communication effectively. Proactive problem solver with high attention to detail and data accuracy.Preferred Skills Prior experience with API-based data collection or database management. Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar).
