Job summary

Poet Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a data/reporting specialist to collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations and Manufacturing. You will define APS requirements, build dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, analyze data, and support solution design and UAT.

You will gather requirements, translate them into specifications, and coordinate UAT, ensuring dashboards meet business needs and KPIs. Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• At least 4 years in supply-chain planning, supply-chain analytics, business analysis or reporting; semiconductor, electronics or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of supply-chain planning (demand, supply, inventory, capacity, procurement) and exposure to ERP/APS systems.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools, requirements gathering and UAT coordination; basic SQL is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage users to understand planning processes, business problems and reporting needs.
• Gather and document APS requirements for demand, supply, inventory, capacity and scenario planning.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, report specs and acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain dashboards and analytical views in Power BI and Tableau.
• Act as the main contact for reporting requests, priorities and progress updates.
• Analyse supply-chain and manufacturing data and present insights to stakeholders.
• Define and maintain KPI definitions, business rules and report documentation.
• Coordinate UAT with business users and data engineers, and support training and adoption of new solutions.
