Job summary

POET Technologies PTE. LTD. is seeking a data-and-analytics minded professional to define APS requirements and build dashboards in Power BI and Tableau.

You will analyze manufacturing and supply chain data, translate needs into specifications, and coordinate UAT with users and data engineers. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, strong communication, and hands-on reporting experience in a semiconductor/manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in supply-chain planning, analytics, or reporting.
• Experience with ERP/APS systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing users to define reporting needs.
• Gather APS requirements for demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and scenario planning.
• Translate needs into functional specs, flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Build dashboards in Power BI and Tableau and maintain analytical views.
• Coordinate UAT, manage reporting priorities, and support adoption.
