Job summary

SMRT Corporation Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Executive, Ops Analysis & Technology to lead data engineering and Power BI initiatives for maintenance optimization. You will own data pipelines, enhance reliability, build dashboards, and enable engineers to act with confidence.

You will collaborate with Data Engineers and Cloud Architects on ETL, analysis of reliability trends, ESG reporting, and sustainability initiatives that support proactive maintenance and workforce planning across our

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
3–6 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or analytics engineering with ownership of production pipelines and BI models.
Prior experience in maintenance, rail, asset-intensive, or other industrial operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Working with Data Engineers and Cloud Solutions Architect to implement data pipelines.
Developing extract-transform-load (ETL) scripts to ensure data quality.
Teaming with Railway Infrastructure Engineers to support fault diagnostics and reliability trend insights.
Enhancing maintenance dashboards for timely and accurate defect status information.
Scout for maintenance and green technologies.
Support the implementation of sustainability projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with teams to align projects with sustainability and compliance goals.
Project management of ESG initiatives.
Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics.
