Are you a data expert with a passion for leading teams and building modern data solutions? Our client is seeking for a Senior Data Engineer to drive the design, development, and optimization of our data infrastructure — enabling powerful insights and strategic decisions across the business.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a talented team of Data Analysts, shaping their data strategy and delivering high-impact analytics. From architecting robust data pipelines to championing data governance, you’ll play a key role in driving innovation through advanced technologies like Azure Data Services, Power BI, and emerging AI/ML tools.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Data Initiatives: Manage and mentor a team of Data Analysts; ensure timely and high-quality delivery of reporting and analytical solutions across the organization.

• Build Data Pipelines: Design and maintain scalable data pipelines to unify diverse data sources for analytics and reporting.

• Architect Scalable Solutions: Develop and optimize data storage systems using MS SQL, Azure, and modern cloud data services.

• Own ETL Processes: Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into structured, accessible formats for downstream use.

• Ensure Data Quality: Implement data validation, monitoring, and performance tuning to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

• Drive Governance & Compliance: Establish data governance frameworks, security protocols, and clear documentation standards.

• Deliver Insights: Oversee the development and publication of interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.

• Explore Innovation: Contribute to the adoption of AI, machine learning, and emerging data technologies within the Loyalty and CRM ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in data engineering, analytics, and team leadership

• Hands-on expertise with MS SQL, SSIS, Python, and Azure Data Services

• Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data architecture, and scalable data systems

• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting

• Excellent communication and project management skills
