Shopee in Singapore is looking for a data engineer to help build and optimize our Marketplace data warehouse and data pipelines. You will work on offline and real-time data processing, governance, and data applications to support analytics across the business.

You will leverage Spark, Flink, Hadoop, and SQL, and code in Java/Scala/Python. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design data architectures, improve data quality, and enable data-driven decisions across Shopee's platform.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or above in computer-related field with at least 3 years of full-time working experience.
• Familiarity with big data processing technologies such as Spark, Flink, Hadoop, HBase, Kafka, Druid, Clickhouse.
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, Python, SQL, etc.

Mansioni

• Participate in development work related to the Marketplace data warehouse, including data collection in offline and real-time data warehouses, data public layer construction, data application layer construction, and data governance.
• Participate in supporting the data application of various business modules, communicate requirements with different teams, and design data architecture to provide efficient data solutions.
• Explore and improve Marketplace's data technologies, optimize data architecture, improve data quality and productivity, including massive and real-time data processing.
