Job summary

unisync systems pte. ltd. seeks a senior data engineering leader to drive large-scale data pipelines and platform modernization within banking environments. You will oversee data migration projects, ensure robust data delivery, and guide teams through regulatory data initiatives.

You will work with Python, PySpark, SQL, and Hadoop-based technologies to optimize ETL frameworks and support high-volume data workloads in financial services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data engineering teams.
• Experience delivering regulatory or risk-data initiatives.
• Experience with Teradata-to-Hadoop/Data Lake migrations and legacy modernization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale data pipelines and batch processing for enterprise data platforms.
• Lead migration projects and modernization efforts across Teradata, Hadoop, and Data Lake environments.
• Manage and optimize ETL platforms such as Talend, DataStage, or Informatica, including performance tuning.
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews, troubleshooting, and delivery governance.
• Design data architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and orchestration workflows.
