Brief Call: An initial virtual or phone conversation to learn about you, understand your motivations, and identify the right role for you.
Interviews: Usually around three, involving meetings with your potential line manager and other team members related to your role. These discussions cover your experience, skills, the role's expectations, and an introduction to Amaris' culture and career opportunities.
Case Study: Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete a role play, technical assessment, or problem-solving scenario.

Job Description
About the Job
- Design and build scalable, secure data pipelines
- Develop and maintain ETL processes for structured and unstructured data
- Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to support business insights
- Implement data models, ensuring data quality and consistency
- Optimize query performance and data storage solutions
- Participate in cloud-based data infrastructure development (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Integrate data from multiple sources and APIs
- Document technical solutions and support team knowledge sharing
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in software or data engineering, with proficiency in Python
- Experience with data tools such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and orchestration tools (e.g., Dagster, Prefect)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and GitHub workflows
- Strong problem-solving, software engineering, and testing skills (unit and integration)
- Effective communication skills, capable of working independently and in teams
