Job summary

Zenith Infotech (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned data engineering leader to design and implement an end-to-end data warehouse, data lake, or data store solution. You will own architecture, ETL pipelines, and data integration across national platforms and internal sources.

The role requires guiding data strategy, enabling secure data sharing for analytics, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or data lake development.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end data warehouse, data lake, or data store solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, tools, architecture, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in data warehouse design, ETL, data pipelines, and data integration.
• Foundational knowledge of database technologies, data modelling, data sharing/integration, cybersecurity, and data protection.
• Excellent planning, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Domain Group Data Store as the central data source.
• Design and implement data warehouse, data lake, or data store architectures for archival, sharing, and analytics.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to consolidate data from national platforms and internal sources.
• Lead data replication and integration initiatives to ensure data availability, quality, and reliability.
• Collaborate with project teams to enable data sharing, enrichment, and distribution for apps and analytics.
• Engage stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.

We are looking for a candidate who can independently design, lead, and implement an end-to-end Data Warehouse, Data Lake, or Data Store solution, with strong expertise in data engineering, data architecture, ETL, and data integration. The candidate should be capable of translating business and analytics requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions, from architecture and design through development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Domain Group Data Store as the central source for data collection, storage, integration, and distribution.
• Design and implement data warehouse, data lake, or data store architectures to support data archival, sharing, and analytics requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to consolidate data from national platforms and internal data sources.
• Lead data replication and integration initiatives to ensure data availability, consistency, quality, and reliability.
• Collaborate with project teams to facilitate data sharing, enrichment, and distribution for application development and analytics.
• Engage stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data collection, storage, and integration solutions.

Job Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or data lake development.
• Proven experience in designing, leading, and implementing at least one end-to-end data warehouse, data lake, or data store solution.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, tools, architecture, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in data warehouse design, ETL technologies, data pipeline development, and data integration.
• Good foundational knowledge of:
• Database technologies and data modelling
• Data sharing and integration technologies
• Cybersecurity and data protection
• Strong planning, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to take ownership and work independently from solution design through implementation.

Employment Details

Location: Central West, Singapore

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 6:00PM (Mon-Fri)

Salary: $ 7000 - 9000 per month

Working Arrangement: Full Onsite
