Job summary

K2 is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our Singapore team. You will manage contracts, procurement and cost reporting for data centre projects, ensuring cost control and value engineering across the project lifecycle.

You will engage with external consultants, suppliers and internal teams, provide regular cost updates, and support feasibility studies with accurate input. The role demands five years’ relevant experience, strong Excel skills and excellent written and spoken English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as quantity surveyor, preferably in data centre industry.
• Strong understanding of building services and data centre project lifecycle.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency in contracts and consultancy service agreements.
• Advise on procurement strategy and tendering procedures.
• Engage with external consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Provide cost reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support feasibility studies with cost input.
