Job summary

CBRE GWS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Data Centre Operations Manager to lead the on-site Critical Environment Operations team in a 24/7 environment in Singapore. You will drive uptime, safety, and client satisfaction while delivering contracted services.

You will manage staffing, budgets (OPEX/CAPEX), and implement site procedures, ensuring compliance with HSSE policies and performance against SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data centre teams in a 24/7 environment.
• Delivery of contracted services with emphasis on uptime, safety, and costs.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and ensure contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
• Manage OPEX & CAPEX budgets for the site and support contract variations.
• Maintain safe working conditions and enforce health and safety policies.
• Ensure staff are competent, with succession planning and training.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, policies and SLAs.
• Lead reporting, meetings, and client communications to drive performance.
