Bitdeer Technologies Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced in-house lawyer to lead the contracting function for data center projects across Singapore, Malaysia and Southeast Asia. You will draft, review and negotiate diverse commercial agreements with vendors, landlords and service providers.

The role requires a law degree and 8+ years of post-qualification experience, strong drafting skills, and a proven ability to balance commercial goals with regulatory risk in a fast-growing tech

Competenze

• 8+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate or in-house legal roles.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating broad commercial agreements for data centers, EPC, leases.
• Singapore/Malaysia regulatory familiarity and Bar admission preferred.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements supporting data center development and operation in SEA.
• Lead contract negotiations with vendors, landlords, and service providers.
• Provide practical legal guidance to project, procurement, and operations teams.
