Job summary

Boku is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to support strategic partnerships across APAC from our Singapore focus. You will perform data-driven investigations, build dashboards, and partner with commercial teams to optimize payment flows and growth.

The role blends technical analytics with commercial collaboration, working with globally distributed teams while aligning with Singapore-time activities and local offices. You will explore new AI-enabled workflows to enhance analytics performance.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or a related field.
University degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
Experience with BI tooling and cloud data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery) a plus.

Responsibilities

Investigate partner concerns relating to conversion performance, churn, segmentation, and payment funnel optimization.
Analyse large-scale operational datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Perform structured investigations into ambiguous operational and commercial questions, establishing new analytical frameworks.
Build reporting, dashboards, and analytical models using SQL, dbt, Tableau, and related tooling.
Collaborate with internal commercial teams and external strategic partners to translate findings into actions.
