Job summary

MSF's Opportunity and Resilience (OR) Cluster in Singapore aims to engender a society with opportunities for all to succeed. The OR Cluster Data Analytics Team will support cross-domain data work across OR.

You will lead or contribute to data analytics projects, harmonise datasets, set data standards, and build analytics capability across the cluster. This role demands strong stats, programming, and stakeholder engagement to drive impact.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, data analytics project lead roles advantage.
• Strong in quantitative methods and application, skilled in using statistical software (R, Python, Stata, SPSS).
• Strong communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and stakeholder engagement with good project management.
• Ability to understand business environment and identify business problem statements.
• Knowledge in data governance and database management will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead or be part of a dynamic team serving as a central nexus to connect OR domain issues.
• Drive problem-solving and sense-making in selected OR problem statements through data analytics.
• Harmonise datasets, set central standards for data management, and provide guidance across the cluster.
• Build data capabilities within the OR Cluster and foster a data-driven culture.
