NTU’s Office of Data and Analytics is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager, Data and Analytics to support strategic decision-making through rigorous data analysis, statistical modelling and evidence-based insights.

The role contributes to institutional planning, university rankings and reputation, faculty and student outcomes, research analytics, and continuous improvement of data processes across the University. The successful candidate will work with multiple units and stakeholders.

Competenze

• PhD in Social Sciences, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of applied statistics, empirical research methods and quantitative analysis.
• Experience handling, cleaning, validating and analysing complex datasets.
• Good coding skills; familiarity with Python and R will be advantageous.
• Ability to develop analytical models and communicate complex findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Data visualisation skills will be an added advantage.
