WE NEED YOU ON OUR TEAM!

• Analytics counterpart to our business – help business stakeholders across sales, marketing, and technology answer the what, why, and how based on both our proprietary and external data.
• Communicate insights and recommendations derived from data analysis to business stakeholders and executives in an easily understandable and actionable manner.
• Extract data to report to customers, investigate and suggest improvements based on customer feedback, and ensure analytics solutions align with business objectives.
• Effectively communicate insights, model outcomes, and recommendations to business executives in an understandable and actionable manner.
• Drive initiatives to optimize the operational excellence of the data team, enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance in handling data-related tasks and processes.

Your skills and experience

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG!

• Prior relevant work experience as a Data Analyst or in related fields, ranging from 4 to 8 years.
• Strong business acumen – the ability to relate data to business needs. Technical skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (statistics, storytelling).
• Proficiency in SQL and intermediate proficiency in Python. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Jaspersoft, or dashboards is a plus.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to translate findings for a non-technical audience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Open-minded, friendly, and eager to learn and grow.
• Experience with logistics or supply chain data is a plus.
