Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our clients' dynamic team in supporting data-driven decision-making across the healthcare domain. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and developing analytical models, dashboards, and reports to inform strategic planning, track healthcare outcomes, improve operational performance, and support population health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage knowledge of analytics tools to design, create, and maintain visualizations, models, and dashboards that illuminate opportunities for strategic and operational improvements.

  • Contribute to the design of end-to-end strategies, methodologies, and frameworks for insights generation and evaluation of population health initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain routine reports and monitoring dashboards that track essential metrics and KPIs for population health programs.

  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders at the national healthcare cluster to gather, analyze, and disseminate data for micro and macro-level planning and policy decisions.

  • Identify and incorporate new datasets essential for effective program monitoring and evaluation into the data management strategy and roadmap.

  • Perform data analysis, trend identification, and generate insights to highlight areas of improvement or attention in healthcare delivery or program effectiveness.

  • Ensure the timely generation and delivery of reports in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide analytical proposals and recommendations to stakeholders, supporting strategic planning through evidence-based insights.

  • Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.

  • A master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related disciplines is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, planning, or healthcare strategy.

  • Experience working with data warehouses and providing strategic analytical support to senior stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data extraction and manipulation.

  • Experience with Tableau for dashboard design and visualization.

  • Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques.

  • Proficient in at least one of the following: Python, R, OBIEE, H2O Flow, Flexsim.

  • Understanding of data management principles and healthcare analytics frameworks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
