Senior Data Analyst (Healthcare Domain Exp) (ID: 671737)

We are seeking a skilled and driven Data Analyst to support population health strategies through data-driven insights and analytics. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting to uncover trends, forecast future demand, support strategic planning, and enhance healthcare outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders across healthcare clusters and government bodies to develop robust analytical solutions and reporting tools that inform key decisions and track progress across population health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain impactful visualizations and analytical models to support strategic planning, performance improvement, and population health outcome measurement.
2. Contribute to the development of comprehensive strategies, methodologies, and frameworks for data analytics, insights generation, and program evaluation in the population health domain.
3. Create routine reports and build operational dashboards to monitor key population health metrics.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders at both cluster and ministry levels to gather, exchange, and analyze data, enabling insights at both micro and macro levels.
5. Identify and integrate new datasets critical to monitoring and evaluating population health programs, supporting a comprehensive data management roadmap.
6. Conduct data analysis and identify trends or anomalies that may require strategic attention or action.
7. Ensure timely and accurate generation of regular reports in accordance with established reporting requirements.
8. Support ad hoc data requests and analytics projects as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, preferably in a healthcare or public health setting.
3. Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
4. Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau for developing interactive dashboards.
5. Proficient in one or more analytics tools or platforms such as R, Python, OBIEE, H2O Flow, or Flexsim.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word for reporting and presentations.
7. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies based on organizational needs.
