Job summary

Trip.com Group is seeking a BI Analyst to extract and analyze large datasets from our data warehouse using SQL and Python. You will work closely with Singapore teams and global HQ to understand business needs and provide data-backed recommendations, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders.

The role requires 2–5 years in BI or data analysis, strong SQL, and a passion for data-driven travel industry insights.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of BI/Data Analyst experience.
• Strong SQL querying and data manipulation skills.
• Experience with Python and advanced analytics is a plus.
• Understanding of business drivers and metrics in e‑commerce or consulting helpful.

Responsibilities

• Extract, process, and analyze large datasets from the data warehouse using SQL and Python.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and diagnose business problems.
• Partner with local Singapore teams and global HQ to translate needs into data-backed recommendations.
• Translate findings into clear narratives for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to BI product improvement and ensure data quality.
