Job summary

Boku is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to support APAC strategic partners through data-driven analysis, investigations, and reporting. The role combines technical analysis with commercial collaboration, primarily within Singapore time zone and offices in Singapore.

A large portion involves ambiguity, requiring independent investigation using internal data and collaboration with distributed teams. You will work with BI tooling and AI-assisted approaches to drive insights and impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, analytics engineering, or a related field.
• University degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate partner concerns related to conversion, churn, segmentation, behaviour, and payment funnel optimization.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical models using SQL, dbt, Tableau, and cloud data warehouses.
• Collaborate with internal commercial teams and external partners to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across payment flows, user funnels, and operational workflows.
• Help evolve analytical workflows, automation, and AI-assisted tooling to improve productivity.
