Quess Selection & Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights. You will partner with business stakeholders and data engineers to lead analytics projects and develop impactful dashboards to support data-driven decisions.

This role requires strong SQL and data visualization skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate findings into compelling data stories that drive business outcomes, with a focus on governance and risk

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Actuarial Science (or related).
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics projects.
• Strong SQL programming skills with large datasets.
• 5+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/QlikView).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into insights.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, risks and drivers.
• Design, develop, and enhance dashboards and visualisations using Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Define and maintain consistent metrics, logic, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with data engineers to define data needs and ensure data quality.
• Deliver analytics projects that support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and internal policies.
