Job description

Join us in this newly created role as a Senior Data Analyst and make your mark in a growing regional team.

What You’ll Do
  • Operational Data Analysis : Analyze the impact of fulfillment metrics (on-time delivery rate, return/exchange rate) on repurchase rates; Optimize inventory management through demand forecasting models
  • Integrated DEM Report Automation : Consolidate global business data across channels including organic search and paid media to develop automated EDM (Enterprise Data Management) reporting solutions
  • AI-Driven Business Innovation : Support the team in exploring applications of generative AI in digital marketing scenarios (intelligent solutions for demand forecasting, price elasticity analysis, etc.)
  • End-to-End Business Diagnostics & Analysis : Assist in building a comprehensive funnel analysis system covering the "impression-click-conversion-repurchase" journey to accurately identify leakage points across channels like Google/Meta/TikTok; Support the development of dynamic attribution models to quantify conversion contributions at each touchpoint and identify optimal conversion paths
  • Take on additional duties and projects assigned to support the team and business objectives
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics or related data analysis roles
  • Solid foundation in data analysis with ability to implement tracking solutions and derive business insights
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads) and web analytics tools
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Effective communicator with ability to collaborate across global teams

The successful candidate may have the opportunity to attend onboarding training in Shenzhen, China for 2 – 3 weeks
