Senior Data Analyst

• Advanced Analytics & Insights: Perform predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis to uncover trends and solve critical business problems.
• Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and pipeline reliability through audits and validation processes.
• Dashboard Development: Design interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to track KPIs and present insights to executives and stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with teams like Marketing and Finance to align analytics with business goals and drive decision-making.
• Mentorship: Guide junior analysts on best practices in data visualization, storytelling, and technical workflows.
• Strategic Projects: Own end-to-end analytics projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Compliance & Ethics: Champion ethical data use, privacy, and regulatory adherence.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in data analysis, with expertise in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data pipeline optimization.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
