Job summary

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) invites an experienced cybersecurity engineer to join the Operations and Implementation Support (OIS) Section, within the Cybersecurity Division and attached to the Air Navigation Services Engineering (ANSE) Division to design, integrate and enhance the next generation CNS/ATM systems.

You will review system infrastructure and architecture for cyber risk, implement security controls, manage incident response, audits, and maintain the ANS Group’s

Qualifications

• Trained in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional certs such as CISA and/or CISSP are advantageous.
• Active cybersecurity/information security cert from ISACA or (ISC)2 is a plus.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in ICT security projects or cyber compliance.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Review system infrastructure and architecture for cybersecurity considerations.
• Implement security controls to meet CAAS and international standards.
• Coordinate audits and internal/external security reviews, including scanning and pen tests.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and training for the ANS group.
• Investigate security incidents and drive post-incident improvements.
