Job summary

Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity engineer to design, integrate and enhance the security architecture of CAAS’ Air Navigation Services (ANS) systems, including CNS/ATM components. You will lead cybersecurity initiatives across mission-critical infrastructure, ensuring high availability and compliance with national and international standards.

Qualifications

• Trained in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
• Professional certification such as CISA or CISSP would be advantageous.
• Active professional certification in Cybersecurity/Information Security from ISACA or (ISC)2 is a plus.
• 8–10 years of experience in system project implementation and cybersecurity compliance.
• Experience in managing cybersecurity projects and project life cycles.
• Strong knowledge of information security governance, risk management, controls and vulnerability testing.
• Ability to align cybersecurity with business goals and objectives.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage ANS projects/systems including cybersecurity implementations and security policies.
• Implement solutions to enhance cybersecurity posture to meet standards.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and conduct meetings to validate implementations.
• Coordinate audit needs and conduct technical discussions, including penetration tests.
• Formulate cybersecurity processes and procedures with regulators and industry partners.
• Keep abreast of latest cybersecurity practices and emerging threats; recommend controls.
• Investigate security breaches and coordinate incident resolution with stakeholders.
• Maintain the ANS Group's security programme and deliver security training.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and participate in technical discussions.
