YOUR NEW JOB

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise clients, acting as a strategic partner to ensure their demand generation campaigns deliver real business outcomes.

This is a client-facing, data-heavy role where you’ll lead performance discussions, surface insights, and partner with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and long-term client success.

You’ll work across high-growth tech, SaaS, and finance accounts—turning campaign data into meaningful conversations and measurable results.

This is a permanet fulltime role, reporting to the Sales Director APAC, with a hybrid work setup.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead day-to-day client communication, campaign reporting calls, and performance reviews
  • Monitor campaign pacing, lead quality, and data accuracy
  • Share market insights and performance trends to drive ongoing briefs and upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams for campaign setup, reporting, issue resolution, and data integrity
  • Help Sales Directors with account growth strategies and client renewal success
  • Maintain clean documentation, reporting frameworks, and internal status tracking across accounts
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or client strategy — in B2B marketing, MarTech, or demand generation
  • Strong background managing enterprise-level clients and aligning campaign performance to business goals
  • Experience handling large datasets, campaign reporting, and client-facing performance discussions
  • Skilled in internal coordination across sales, operations, and data teams
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—both with clients and internal stakeholders
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
  • Exposure to SaaS, MarTech, ABM, content syndication, or lead generation environments
  • Strong understanding of digital campaign metrics, pacing, and performance optimisation
  • Ability to translate data into insights and strategic recommendations
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools for campaign tracking and reporting
  • Confident working with cross-functional teams to support campaign launches and troubleshoot delivery challenges
