As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise clients, acting as a strategic partner to ensure their demand generation campaigns deliver real business outcomes.
This is a client-facing, data-heavy role where you’ll lead performance discussions, surface insights, and partner with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and long-term client success.
You’ll work across high-growth tech, SaaS, and finance accounts—turning campaign data into meaningful conversations and measurable results.
This is a permanet fulltime role, reporting to the Sales Director APAC, with a hybrid work setup.
