Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the complete order-to-cash process
  • Process customer orders using SAP S4/Hana system
  • Provide sales support to designated countries, where applicable
  • Coordinate the preparation of shipping documentation for customers
  • Attend to customer complaints
  • Handle customer requests for samples
  • Participate in project teams to support the Business Line strategy
  • Work with Trade Compliance/Foreign Trade organizations to manage Customer Profiles, End Use Certificates, and Trade Restriction Covenants
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Headquarters, Sales & Marketing, SCM, Accounts Receivables, Credit & Legal teams on credit and logistics matters
Requirements
  • 5 to 8 years of work experience in an MNC environment
  • Sound knowledge of logistics and shipping
  • Familiarity with export documentation such as Letters of Credit, Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, Export Letters of Credit, and banking documents using Trade Services online banking system
  • Experience with SAP S4/Hana and MS Office is advantageous
  • Good team player, able to work independently, and proactive in issue resolution
  • Meticulous, organized, and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English and Chinese required
  • Basic knowledge of Financing, Credit Management, and Global Trade Services is a plus
