Job summary

Une organisation multinationale recherche un coordinateur logistique pour gérer la liaison entre les départements et assurer le bon suivi des commandes et des livraisons. Le candidat idéal doit avoir 2-3 ans d'expérience, idéalement dans le domaine du fret aérien, et être motivé pour travailler de manière autonome. Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 ans d'expérience pertinente en logistique.
• Connaissance en fret aérien est un atout.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome.

Responsibilities

• Coordination avec le département QA et les planificateurs de production.
• Suivi des commandes clients et des plannings de livraison.
• Tâches administratives générales, y compris la gestion des plaintes clients.

• Basic Salary + AWS + VB

Job Requirements:

• Liaise with QA department on customer’s specifications

• Liaise with respective Production facilities’ planners on customer’s order and delivery schedules

• Co-ordinate with customers, branch CS and sales

• Liaise with delivery drivers/freight forwarders on delivery/shipping matters

• Liaise with Production Facility Packing on daily shipments

• Booking of flights and preparation of shipping documents

• Follow-up on Customer’s Complaints

• Follow-up/Update of Monthly Overdue payment

• Monitor & Control of SMI Stock Retention Period and Month/End Stock Reconciliation

• Co-ordinate between company and overseas Branches on Credit Application/Renewal

• General clerical duties, including e-filing, compilation of reports as and when required

Requirements:

➤ Preferably with 2-3 years relevant working experience
➤Experienced in Air Freight is an added advantage
➤Self-motivated, able to work independently
