A leading company in Singapore seeks a Senior Customer Service Representative responsible for providing high-level customer support, managing order processing, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, a proactive attitude, and proficiency in IT tools. Interested candidates should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Perform F&B factory general administrative duties.
Execute and manage all order processing transactions including but not limited to order entry, managing order changes, follow up on payment, handling order enquiries and complaints.
Supportoperationalimprovementsand customersatisfactiongoals.
Activelymonitorordersandinformcustomerswhendeliveryschedule
changes.
Maintain proper documents and filing.
Data entry and documentation duties
Answering phone call
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Ability to communicate with customer.
Requirements:
Basedonbusinessneedsandworkingschedule.(Weekendorholidayshiftsisrequired)
Able to commence work on short notice
Good team player
Must be self-motivated, proactive, independent and possess good communication skills
Computer literate, Excel, and Word proficient
IT savvy as well and decently knowledge around IT software as well as hardware
Able to commit to overtime when required.
Possess at least 1 years of experience within the administrative function.
Must be effectively bilingual, both spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
