Your Role:

As a Senior Customer Relations Consultant, you'll be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in a luxury retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert product knowledge and sales recommendations
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships
3. Manage boutique cleanliness and merchandising
4. Handle stock, housekeeping, and daily boutique operations
5. Support with admin tasks such as sales and traffic reports
6. Process payments and follow up on after-sales transactions

Who We're Looking For:

• O Level & above
• Minimum 5 years in luxury retail (luxury timepieces preferred)
• Airport retail experience is a plus
• Non-luxury retail must have at least 7 years of experience
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
