Job Scope:
- Contact customers to remind them of upcoming service dates and assist with appointment scheduling.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leasing clients to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support initiatives to improve Google reviews by engaging customers and collecting feedback.
- Conduct service training for operations staff to enhance service quality and the overall customer experience.
- Assist the Marketing team by monitoring competitor pricing and market trends.
- Plan and coordinate customer appreciation events (e.g., Movie Nights, Breakfast Drives, roadshows) and manage related CRM tasks.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily CRM and service activities to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate and support CRM activities for Auto Selection SG (SDASL) to deliver a consistent, positive customer experience.
- Adjust customer touchpoints and communications for used car customers to boost engagement.
- Support customer events and activities, including roadshows and partner engagements.
- Collaborate with franchise partners to plan and execute joint roadshows and customer events.
- Strengthen customer relationships through consistent follow-up and active participation in events.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Degree in Business related field or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service/ customer relationship management in the automotive or leasing industry will be advantageous
- Possess Class 3 Driving License will be a plus.
