Role Overview:

  • Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned customer(s) - Managing the GEnx program for India, South Korea Region
  • Provide total (Customized Service Agreement and Time & Material) program leadership
  • Serve as the key sales interface for new and restructuring contracts and proposals
  • Provide coordination with other GE Customer organizations through the Customer Team process
  • Function as primary liaison between internal GE organizations and customers
  • Manage the Contract Margin Review process and/or Time & Material services profitability metrics
  • Responsible for contract flow down with Sales Director and the development of procedure manuals related to the contract
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve program profitability and workscoping
  • Represent GE in business and contractual discussions with customer
  • Review invoices and collect cash in a timely manner
  • Establish productivity goals by contract or product
  • Organize and support program and technical reviews with customer
  • Determine and flow down customer shop visit forecasts

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with background in aerospace industry services program management, operational leadership, and customer relationship management. The person possess excellent communication, with demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in dynamic cross-functional teams, along with a solid business and financial acumen.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • At least 5 additional years of experience in customer management, operational and program management

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Strong focus on Flight Deck principles
  • Ability to lead cross functional and customer / supplier teams
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Strong influencing skills in a global environment
  • Able to communicate with all levels of internal and external customer organizations, including upper management
