Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Singapore is seeking a Senior CT Product & Clinical Support Application Specialist to support the Singapore & Brunei Market. This role will be based in Singapore and focuses on CT pre- and post-sales activities for new and installed bases.

As a seasoned radiography professional, you will train users, optimize CT workflows, review image quality and radiation dose, and lead clinical discussions on CT research projects.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years CT experience across cardiac, neuro, MSK, oncology.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge or certification on Siemens CT equipment preferred.
• Experience in CT applications in the region is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive CT application training to clinical, research, and veterinary customers.
• Perform system troubleshooting, image quality and dose reviews.
• Engage customers in consultative discussions on CT research planning.
• Support customers with advanced imaging, prototypes and WIPs.
• Present products and conduct on-site demos at events.
• Deliver clinical marketing and sales support internally.
• Lead and mentor junior specialists; train and develop competency.
• Build CT reference sites and KOLs in Singapore and Brunei.
• Provide regional support as needed.
