Job description

Our client is a high-end retail company with a strong presence across the Asia Pacific region. They are looking for a Senior Customer Relationship Management Specialist based in Singapore to support CRM improvement and product development in the region.

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the integration of CRM across the mobile application and company platforms
  2. Work closely with senior stakeholders in the company along with external vendors to ensure project delivery
  3. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop intuitive user interfaces that meet customer needs
  4. Involved in data migration into the CRM system
  5. Conduct UAT to ensure system functions are operational and prepare the organization for system launch

Key Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in managing and delivery of CRM projects, experience in SugarCRM will be highly preferred
  2. Strong stakeholder management with internal business users and external vendors across pre and post implementation
  3. Experience in integrating CRM systems into mobile app
  4. Experience in project management for integration to external application and/or ERP solutions
  5. System integration or system upgrade background will be highly recommended
