Job description

Responsibilities:

• CRM Administration & Optimization:

  • Configure, customize, and maintain CRM platforms (e.g., SugarCRM, Salesforce).

  • Monitor data integrity, manage user permissions, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance CRM usability and performance.

• Project Management:

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for CRM enhancements and web-based initiatives.

  • Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and risk for technical and business projects.

  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.

• Web Application Support:

  • Collaborate with developers and designers on the planning, execution, and maintenance of web-based applications.

  • Ensure applications are user-friendly, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units including sales, marketing, customer service, and IT.

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.

  • Facilitate training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.

• Business Insight & Strategy:

  • Analyze customer data and process flows to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Support strategic initiatives that enhance customer engagement and sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms (SugarCRM, Salesforce, or equivalent).

• Solid experience in project management with a track record of delivering cross-functional projects on time.

• Strong understanding of web applications and digital platforms.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.

• Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and process optimization is a plus.

• CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin) are a plus
